LOVE JUSTICE

thier mission:

Sharing the love of Jesus Christ by fighting

the world’s greatest injustices.

MORE ABOUT THEM:

WHAT THEY DO:

Stop human trafficking.

Are you aware that over 50 million people live in modern-day slavery because of human trafficking? Love Justice trains people and places monitors at strategic transit points to identify and stop trafficking as it is occurring, BEFORE people are exploited. Their work helps to put traffickers in jail and off the streets. To date, they’ve intercepted over 35,000 individuals to prevent them from being trafficked. In doing this, Love Justice cares for the most vulnerable by helping provide schools to empower students to be difference makers in this world. We love playing a small part in this journey with Love Justice.

You can too! Visit their website and find ways to get involved.

Meet Daniel Hester!

Meet Daniel Hester!

We’re welcoming a new agent to the team, Daniel Hester! We’re so happy he’s here! Let’s get to know him a bit more!

1. What made you want to get into real estate? And What is your role on the ABG Team?

Real Estate allows me to help people, which is something I enjoy. Buying a house is typically stressful because it involves money, emotion, and deadlines. After buying a house with Aaron Olla (who is on the Andy Blake team), I realized that having someone who has the buyer/sellers best interest is extremely valuable. I talked more with Aaron and he recommended I consider becoming a real estate agent. I got my license and am now an agent with the Andy Blake Group.

Before I joined the team I was a full time student and worked full time in the construction industry for some years.

2. What do you enjoy doing in your free time?

My favorite things to do include hiking, hunting, traveling, spending time with people, and eating good food.

3. Do you have a family? Wife? Kids?

I have a lovely wife named Hampton. No kids yet.

4. Why do you love Kansas City? And what are your favorite KC spots?

I love how alive the city is. I feel like every time I talk to someone, they are telling me about something new. I love that there is history and classic spots, but people really embrace creating something new as well.

Fun Fact:

Right now, I would say the Russel, The French Market, Jovito’s italian Cafe and Deli, and the Peanut. But that list changes all the time.

Meet Jonna Janzen!

Meet Jonna Janzen!

We’re welcoming a new agent to the team, Jonna Janzen! We’re so happy she’s here! Let’s get to know her a bit more!

1. What made you want to get into real estate? And What is your role on the ABG Team?

I’ve wanted to be in real estate since I was in high school. Shamefully, it was HGTV. But… Since being in the business, I’ve learned it’s so much more than showing a person 3 houses and having them choose. I love the whole process of connecting with my clients and helping them in their Real Estate endeavors and dreams.

I’m a buying and selling agent for The Andy Blake Group.

2. What do you enjoy doing in your free time?

In my free time I enjoy hanging out with my three kiddos, Sam (8), Emelyn (6), and Juliana (almost 4). When I get free time from them, I enjoy going to the gym – not necessarily to be super competitive, but to have a chance to let off steam in a healthy way laughing with friends!

3. Why do you love Kansas City? And what are your favorite KC spots?

I’m still discovering what my favorite places and spaces are. I honestly enjoy driving around Leawood, Prairie Village, and older neighborhoods looking at the homes! I’m a Real Estate nerd!

Fun Fact: I was on the Wichita State Rowing Team. I also rowed two marathons!

Meet Landon Munsch!

Meet Landon Munsch!

We’re welcoming a new agent to the team, Landon Munsch! We’re happy he’s here & we’re ready to rock into 2022 with him! We had the opportunity to ask Landon a few questions about himself. Here are his responses:

1. What made you want to get into real estate? And What is your role on the ABG Team?

I’ve wanted to get into real estate for years. Being around friends who are agents, buying my first home and always looking for a new challenge brought me here. I’m so excited to join the team! I’m a licensed Realtor working closely with fellow agent Aaron Olla to add value and grow both of our businesses.

2. What did you do before you joined the team?

I started out my professional career doing social media for an advertising agency here in KC. Then, I did paid media analytics for an e-commerce company before leaving it to start my real estate career.

3. What do you enjoy doing in your free time?

You’ll often find me with my wife and my friends grabbing a drink, eating or playing board games. Ideally, you’ll find me doing all of those activities at the same time.

4. Do you have a family? Wife? Kids?

My wife, Jenna, and I got married in June 2021! She’s a Mizzou Tiger and I’m a Kansas Jayhawk–we’re the perfect match.

5. Why do you love Kansas City? And what are your favorite KC spots?

I love Kansas City because it’s a place filled with so many different, but equally-awesome things to do, places to eat and sights to see. You’ll often find Jenna and I at Il Lazzarone in the River Market with a drink and pepperoni pizza (with honey drizzled on it). You’ll also find us out walking, whether that’s around different KC neighborhoods admiring houses or at a local park like Loose or Meadowbrook Park.

Supporting an organization that is focused on walking alongside those who are transforming their lives is a very worth cause. The stories that come out of this program are nothing short of miraculous.

THEIR MISSION:

To Radically Change the lives of drug addicts, alcoholics, and those that love them.

THE vision

A program in which 100% of their graduates are still sober for the rest of their lives, where they have homes all across the United States in which their graduates lead these programs and lead men/women to long-term sobriety each and every day.

Where their men/women have changed the face of recovery worldwide. Where each of their graduate’s stories has been told thousands of times, written about, and followed by other men/women like an instruction manual to radical life change.

The Hope is Alive Program is responsible for millions of months of sobriety, and thousands of lives saved. They will redefine the way people get and stay sober. They will radically change the way, on a basic level, humans interact with each other, always offering grace and kindness, but not backing down on holding others accountable.
