We’re welcoming a new agent to the team, Landon Munsch! We’re happy he’s here & we’re ready to rock into 2022 with him! We had the opportunity to ask Landon a few questions about himself. Here are his responses:
1. What made you want to get into real estate? And What is your role on the ABG Team?
I’ve wanted to get into real estate for years. Being around friends who are agents, buying my first home and always looking for a new challenge brought me here. I’m so excited to join the team! I’m a licensed Realtor working closely with fellow agent Aaron Olla to add value and grow both of our businesses.
2. What did you do before you joined the team?
I started out my professional career doing social media for an advertising agency here in KC. Then, I did paid media analytics for an e-commerce company before leaving it to start my real estate career.
3. What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
You’ll often find me with my wife and my friends grabbing a drink, eating or playing board games. Ideally, you’ll find me doing all of those activities at the same time.
4. Do you have a family? Wife? Kids?
My wife, Jenna, and I got married in June 2021! She’s a Mizzou Tiger and I’m a Kansas Jayhawk–we’re the perfect match.
5. Why do you love Kansas City? And what are your favorite KC spots?
I love Kansas City because it’s a place filled with so many different, but equally-awesome things to do, places to eat and sights to see. You’ll often find Jenna and I at Il Lazzarone in the River Market with a drink and pepperoni pizza (with honey drizzled on it). You’ll also find us out walking, whether that’s around different KC neighborhoods admiring houses or at a local park like Loose or Meadowbrook Park.

HOPE IS ALIVE:
Hope is Alive is a ministry that focuses on radically changing the lives of recovering addicts and those that love them. They have a very focused program that is extremely successful in supporting long term sobriety, for those that make it through. Addiction is all around. Supporting an organization that is focused on walking alongside those who are transforming their lives is a very worth cause. The stories that come out of this program are nothing short of miraculous.
Their program:

THEIR MISSION:
To Radically Change the lives of drug addicts, alcoholics, and those that love them.
THE vision
A program in which 100% of their graduates are still sober for the rest of their lives, where they have homes all across the United States in which their graduates lead these programs and lead men/women to long-term sobriety each and every day.
Where their men/women have changed the face of recovery worldwide. Where each of their graduate’s stories has been told thousands of times, written about, and followed by other men/women like an instruction manual to radical life change.
The Hope is Alive Program is responsible for millions of months of sobriety, and thousands of lives saved. They will redefine the way people get and stay sober. They will radically change the way, on a basic level, humans interact with each other, always offering grace and kindness, but not backing down on holding others accountable.
