With the "Stay at Home" order that went into effect on Tuesday, March 24. We wanted to share what our processes are going forward.

Providing shelter and growth in our economy is a must at this time. While it may look a little different, all aspects of real estate (showings, inspections, closings, etc) are currently still taking place (we will continue to update you all if anything changes).

We are all here still working for you! It is our goal to continue to work together to provide the best customer service/experience and to answer any concerns you may have during this time of uncertainty. 

With that being said, we are also committed to ensuring the safety and well being of our community. We are asking all of our clients to be flexible with their situation and also respectful of “social distancing” and other recommended practices. We are still providing virtual tours of houses, zoom or facetime meetings for listings or buyers, and are working with our lenders and title companies to think outside the box.

In the meantime, try to embrace this slower-paced lifestyle. Read a book, get outside, organize your house, make art, play games, dance, learn something new, and try to enjoy the stillness of this new "temporary" normal.
